Simon Chan, Partner Simon Chan is a seasoned leader of strategic planning and business development with 20 years of experience in financial services. Simon was recently Assistant Vice President, Strategic initiatives for the Retail business at Manulife Financial, and has held various senior roles at Manulife for 10 years. In his last role he was a member of the Retail executive management team and was responsible for strategic planning and development for the Insurance, Investment, and Securities businesses as well as leading the digital solutions, advisor experience and regulatory and public affairs teams.
