CEO & Co-FOUNDER
As CEO & Founder of FGS, Sue is passionate about working with all sizes of companies in FinTech to help them accelerate growth and innovate new business techniques. Sue was Head of Innovation for D+H (now Finastra), SVP and GM of a startup business unit she created for Broadridge that grew to $40 Million in revenue in 24 months, and has spent 25 years in various corporate executive positions and new startup roles.
CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER & Co-FOUNDER
As Chief Growth Officer and Co-founder, Tracy brings Innovation strategy and execution experience to our clients. Recent roles included Innovation Principal and User Experience & Design Center of Excellence Leader for one of North America’s largest Fintech companies. With a recent certification in Design Thinking, Tracy led the successful commercialization a North American Fintech Product as well as worked with a global consultancy to innovate sales processes.
As Engagement Manager, Tyler brings a wealth of experience to all of the clients that he serves. Recently, Tyler has honed his innovative skills in management and government relations consulting roles and through his work as Business Development Manager at one of Canada’s leading political news websites.
Tyler has a Major in Finance from Dalhousie University and has also earned his Canadian Securities Designation. Additionally, he holds a Certificate in Finance and Accounting from Grenoble École de Management in France and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Norman Newman Centre for Entrepreneurship. Tyler has founded and ran multiple successful organizations, including PoliPerspective – an interactive, online platform that gives Canadian youth a voice on salient political topics.
